This policy explains how KUNNEX INCORPORATED handles personal data collected through this website, www.kunnex.com. It covers visitors worldwide, including visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, whose data we process in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

KUNNEX is a business-to-business manufacturer. This website is aimed at companies and professional buyers, not consumers, and we do not sell products directly through it.
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you type into it — typically your name, company, email address, country, and the content of your message. When you submit the form, we also record the page you arrived on, the referring site (if any), the language version you used, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed, so we can route and follow up your inquiry correctly. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that correspondence.
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (health, political opinions, and similar special categories). We do not need it and do not ask for it.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server log data for every request — IP address, date and time, requested URL, referring page, and browser user agent. These logs are generated for security and reliability purposes and are not used to build profiles of individual visitors.
If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 also collects usage data such as pages viewed, session duration, approximate geographic region, device type, and referral source. IP addresses are anonymised by Google Analytics 4 before storage.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects, and we do not sell personal data.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. Until you do, Google Consent Mode holds analytics storage in a denied state, and no analytics cookies are written to your device.

Our company video is embedded through youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube does not set tracking cookies on that embed until you actually press play. If you play the video, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- FormSubmit — forwards contact form submissions to our
sales@kunnex.commailbox. Form content passes through their servers in transit. - Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, used only with your consent; and
youtube-nocookie.comfor the embedded company video. - Network Solutions — website hosting and server logs.
- Google Workspace — the email service that receives and stores your correspondence with us.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, or to establish or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
KUNNEX is established in Taiwan, and our subsidiary operates in Japan. Our service providers process data in the United States and the European Union. This means personal data you send us will be transferred outside the EEA and the UK.
For transfers from the EEA and the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant) as incorporated into our providers' terms, together with the technical measures those providers apply. Transfers to Japan are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for Japan.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 24 months from the last contact, so that we can pick up a conversation you may resume.
- Customer and supplier correspondence: for the duration of the business relationship, and afterwards for as long as Taiwanese commercial and tax law requires us to retain business records.
- Server logs: retained for the rolling period applied by our hosting provider.
- Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics 4 for the retention period configured in that account, after which Google deletes it automatically.
8. How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate, so data you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to the mailbox that receives enquiries is limited to the KUNNEX staff who need it to do their work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time — withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
To exercise any of these rights, email sales@kunnex.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
10. Children
This is a business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, service providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be reflected here before they take effect.
